Susan L. Keenan is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor who works with individuals, families, and groups across a wide age range, from children (6 to 10) to elders (65+). With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, she specializes in helping clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and grief, as well as those dealing with LGBTQIA issues.
Her therapeutic philosophy is to meet the client where they are and focus on their desired future state, providing a non-judgmental and safe space. She aims to help clients gain a greater understanding of themselves, develop better coping tools, and improve communication in their relationships through acceptance, compassion, and inspiration.
As Director of Peachtree Psychology, Susan is committed to providing the highest quality of care and fostering a welcoming environment for all clients. She is licensed in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida (telehealth only) and offers both in-person sessions at her practice in Roswell, GA, and online therapy.
