Liz Webb is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She is a graduate of Mercer University and Samford University, bringing a strong foundation in clinical mental health counseling.

I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can be open about whatever you're experiencing in the moment. My goal is to meet you with empathy, compassion, and validation. Together, we can explore your pain, work through challenges, set meaningful goals, and create a plan to help you reach them. Whether you're seeking understanding, growth, healing, or rediscovery, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey.

I value individuality and want to help you embrace your authentic self — however you show up, wherever you are, and wherever you're going. In our sessions, there are no expectations for who you're "supposed to be." This is your space to express all parts of your experience — the challenges, the joys, the frustrations, the triumphs, and everything in between. My hope is that you cultivate a life that feels genuine, balanced, and fulfilling — one where you can be as authentically you as you feel safe to be.

I practice primarily from a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) framework, which allows for openness and shared human experience when it benefits your healing process. I also integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Schema Therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs.
